Michelle is the founder of TAN, a social worker, English instructor, community advocate, and serial social entrepreneur. Michelle transitioned at age 52 and lives and teaches in Thailand.

Zander is the founding TAN advisory board member and an award-winning social worker, public speaker, family caregiver, social care educator, best-selling author, sought-after corporate workshop presenter, and host of the Umbrella Hour Podcast and Third Space Podcast.

Toni is a long time community advocate and activist, eductor, actress and public speaker.
